Tracking Shipments

All orders will be available for tracking.

Tracking Numbers will be sent via email using the email address that placed the order.

Exchange of Products

Please download and fill in our product exchange form here and pack it together with your return shipment.

Shipping costs for returning products will be beared by you and the costs are not refundable. We recommend you use trackable shipping service and we are not responsible for the loss of your returned item before it reaches.

Once your item is received, inspection upon the return will begin and notification will be sent to you via email. Notification of approval or reject will also be sent to you once inspection is done.

Worn or Washed products are NOT ACCEPTED

Inner Garments (socks included) are NOT ACCEPTED - due to hygienic reasons

Discountinued products are NOT ACCEPTED

Exchange of Products are available for any items manufacturing defects or unopened products.


Changing Placed Orders

Placed orders are unable to be altered. Please make sure every information is correct before placing orders to avoid shipments going to the wrong place/wrong recipient.

Custom Fees on International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.
